Project Overview:
Cube Lifts was contracted to modernize the vertical transportation systems as part of Princess Juliana International Airport’s extensive redevelopment project. This initiative aimed to improve passenger mobility and enhance operational efficiency within the terminal.

Key Features:

  • 11 Elevators Installed: Each elevator has a carrying capacity of up to 2000 kg, designed to handle high passenger traffic and luggage, spanning between 2 and 4 floors.
  • 5 Escalators: Strategically placed in high-traffic areas to ensure seamless flow between departure, check-in, and arrival sections.

The elevators and escalators were integrated to support the newly designed departure and check-in halls, improving accessibility and comfort for passengers. As part of PJIAE’s push to become a world-class facility, this project reflects Cube’s commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and innovative solutions tailored to meet modern airport standards.
